Trainer Bio: Eric Sydor

Eric began training in 1985 at age 11 to gain strength for extracurricular sports. He soon found he was more interested in strength and conditioning than the sports he was preparing for. Eric graduated with honors in 1997 from Triton College in River Grove, IL. Soon after he earned his Personal Trainer Certification through the American Council on Exercise. He later went on to earn a Group Fitness Instructor Certification and also a Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant Certification.

In 1999, Eric moved to Las Vegas to continue his education in the fields of Physical Education and Kinesiology. In July of 2000 Eric began training at Fitness For Life and has been working hard ever since to inspire and motivate his clients to bring out their best both physically and mentally. Eric feels his best attributes are his ability to work with a wide variety of people, his sense of humor, his patience and persistence, and his ability to design complete programs that ensure success on every level.

Eric's passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness are infectious. Once you have seen him in action you'll understand that exercise can be fun, as well as challenging. Eric makes every session a unique, uplifting experience. His clients thrive off his positive energy and his ability to actualize their ultimate potential.
